In my opinion, Biscuitville has the best chain store sausage biscuit. That and a Diet Dr. Pepper are my go-to order, but I appreciate that Biscuitville, in addition to their standard menu of favorites, also keeps things fresh by rotating specialty items including sandwiches, coffee drinks and bakery items.
