The current diff oil is 75w140 synthetic and available at any Ford dealer. No posi additive ever goes into a factory front difff because the factory has never offered a posi in the front axle. It is unsafe in loose traction conditions only the rear is it available. As far as the transfer case, use mercon 5 as it is a synthetic type oil.If you have the single rear wheel setup, it takes 6.9 pints, if you have a dually it takes 8.5 pints.
